Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision with a clear statement, for example via email to info@vitanorr.com
or by post. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except any extra costs for choosing a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in your purchase unless you have agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are only responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products made to your individual specifications or personalized items, including custom skincare formulations.
Goods that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons, such as cosmetics or skincare products, once they have been opened.

Unclaimed and Refused Delivery Policy
At Vitanorr, we aim to deliver your products efficiently and safely. However, uncollected or refused packages incur significant costs for our business. To remain sustainable, we apply a Standard Refusal Fee of 15 Euros.
Why there is a fee
When a delivery is refused or not collected, our business incurs:
Original Shipping: Cost of sending the item to you.
Return Shipping: Courier fees to return the product to our warehouse.
Processing & Restocking: Administrative costs to handle, inspect, and restock the product.
The 15 Euro fee partially covers these costs and any potential reduction in product value during transit.
Terms of Delivery Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:
Refusal of Delivery: A 15 Euro fee will be deducted from your refund if a package is intentionally refused.
Failure to Collect: If a package is returned because it was not collected from a pickup point within the courier’s timeframe, the 15 Euro fee applies.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the 15 Euro fee applies.
Dispute and Chargeback Protection
This policy is legally binding as part of our Terms of Service. In case of a chargeback or dispute claiming "Product Not Received" or "Cancelled Order" due to refusal:
We will provide tracking evidence showing delivery attempts and the refusal or non-collection.
This signed policy will be presented as proof that the customer was informed of the consequences.
We reserve the right to deduct the 15 Euro fee and any non-refundable shipping costs from any refund.
